The International Art Caravan website is a copyrighted work belonging to International Art Caravan. In connection with services provided by IAC, additional terms and conditions may apply, of which you will be informed in each individual case. Your access to and use of this website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You agree not to use the website unlawfully; not to license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or commercially exploit it; not to reverse engineer or create derivative works; not to damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use; and not to attempt unauthorised access. Your use is also conditioned on acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

All website content is our property or the property of our artists. The purchase of any artwork does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the work.

Certain graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of IAC. They may not be used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

The website may contain links to services offered by third parties not under IAC's control. Any such services are provided for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk.

Despite the prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. A small number of items may occasionally be mispriced; if an artwork's correct price is higher than stated, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.

We attempt to describe artworks as accurately as possible, but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If an artwork is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused condition for a replacement, refund or credit.
