Sandra Stoimenov, born on December 17, 1996 in Bosilegrad, Serbia.

She completed her primary and secondary education in her hometown Bosilegrad, and she graduated her studies at the Department of Fine Arts, in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.

During her education, she worked in different fields of art, in order to find and define her work based on oils and watercolors.

Her paintings evoke the expressions of people's lives in Bulgaria and southern Serbia in a surrealistic view of life.

The symbol of woman, home and roots are one of the main and leading factors for her images. By evoking the modesty and beauty of people and nature and translated it in what everyone seeks and senses like the search for their deepest emotions, the return to childhood, and the return to ancestors. Everything that goes deep within us.

To understand and comprehend the symbolism of her images, we would have to come down from the podium of our ego and enter a fairy tale that only children are able to see.
