Originally from Iran, I completed my B.A. in Literature from Isfahan University and went to Switzerland to do a programme in French Language and Civilisation at the University of Neuchâtel. It was during my time in Switzerland that I fell in love with the French language and culture. From there I went to France, where I completed my M.A. in Applied Linguistics from Strasbourg University. A few years ago, I moved to Quebec, in Canada, where I studied Architecture in Quebec City followed by Costume Design in Montreal.

Some of my passions include history, theatre, travel, and painting. So far, I have visited 20 countries and around 120 cities. During the pandemic, I started to paint as a form of therapy. My works were inspired by literature, architecture, history and all the striking as well mundane things observed during my travels.It was through painting that I could explore new spaces and release my emotions. I have also participated in two virtual exhibitions in Istanbul and Madrid in May and June 2021.
